3D Blood and Nuts!


Recently, it has been announced that in 2010 a number of movies will be released in 3D! For example it has been confirmed that the sequels Zombieland 2 and Jackass 3 will come out in such formats.

L.A. Auto Show


A the L.A. Auto Show is in town at the L.A. Convention Center. This year is filled with hundreds of futuristic and fuel efficient cars such as the new electric Audi E-Tron. I'm super psyched for the many awesome car models that are in store for our future my friends.

Silly Russians



The mysterious lights over Norway have been solved. There were no aliens involved, but missiles were. The strange light was caused by a Russian sub-marine based prototype "blava" missile that had failed for the 13th time! It was considered one of russia's greatest technological breakthroughs for it had an operating range of over 5,000 miles. "Practice makes perfect", however that could be a bad thing when relating to Russian missiles.

Droid Wins!


The Verizon Droid is the top gadget of the year! This phone has superior coverage over the iPhone, has a easy to use keyboard, and it is Motorola's first reputable phone since the Razor. I used to have that phone!

Space Travel!


Virgin has just released their new passenger spaceship open to the public! The airline is named Virgin Galactic and offers a two hour ride and a special treat of 5 minutes of weightlessness! The ship will climb up to 65 miles above the Earth and the view is suppose to be extraordinary. However, like everything, the ticket is very pricey.

Facebook has also decided to get rid of its networks, as they were originally designed mainly for students when Faceboook started.

YouTube has a new cc bottom, on the buttom left of the youtube player. It puts captions on any uploaded video. The captions can be translated to into 51 defferent languages. They also serve to help the hearing impaired.

AT&T Sues Verizon

AT&T is suing Verizon for one of their latest ads, arguing that it misleads potential costumers. The ad shows two maps comparing both companies' 3G network. AT&T argues that the blank areas, on the maps, imply no coverage on that area vs. Verizon's argument that they are show no 3G coverage.

iTunes V.s Cable

Apple is tying to get TV networks to have their TV shows available on itunes. None of the major networks have signed a contract yet; disney in the other hand is expected to particpate. If the project does turn out to be successfully the cost will be $30 dollars per month.

Bigger screen, bigger profits?

The "new" Nintendo DS screen got over an inch bigger. This might be an attempt to increase its sells profit after a first decline of 53% in six years. The DS upgrade does not have a realese date in the U.S. yet, but will hit Japanese stores later on this month.

New Google Music Service

Music searcher on Google will have more results including song previews and links to music sites. Their lyric recognition service has also being improved, in case users don't remember the songs' names.

A new phone aplication, called micello, helps you find your way indoors. Micello gives you a map of the building's inside. iPhone owners, in the us, will finally get multimedia messaging service. The 3g and 3gs versions were suppose to get the service by the end of summer. Apple's reason for the delay is that they are trying to get ready for a huge load of MMS on their network. The first iPhone generation owners will still not be capable of using MMS, sorry :( .
