The end of TV and Phone
Tomorrow, the FCC will a submit its 10 year plan to congress. The plan was designed to make the internet the main communication network in the nation. The plan will basically replace TV and phone. Some of the steps include, making the Internet available in rural ares and cumming up an Internet universal set-top box that would also connect to cable service. Even though the plan would be costly, the FCC argues it would pay for itself through the spectrum auctions, also part of the plan.
